Bored of the gym, or want to supplement your training? Want to stay fit, have fun and learn something useful at the same time? Why not try training in Kung Fu/kickboxing? At our class, you will enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you will learn to defend yourself physically and also gain psychological fortitude. We are not interesting in manufacturing martial arts robots but rather to develop resilient, independent, thoughtful martial artists.
Your instructor, Stefan Wilson, is a martial artist with over 30 years’ experience and has been teaching Kung Fu for well over 20 years. He is also a former international kickboxing champion. You are in safe hands!
