The fundraising campaign was launched in May 2002 and £760,000 has been raised/pledged from local sources. For phase 1, a total of £1,689,350 is required; of this £1,539,555 is to be raised by loan, to cover the cost of secured revenue earning facilities. The rest is to be raised partly from our existing funds and partly from grant.

All Saints Community Development Company (a charitable company limited by guarantee) has been established to develop and operate the Centre.

To complete our funding we urgently need:

Village Square - A green oasis in a busy shopping centre including a play area and seating
- £480,000.

Youth Centre - A purpose built centre to support up to 200 people five days a week
- £360,000.

Elderly Day Centre - Providing a hot meal, social and other support for 25 people - £210,000.

Multi-purpose hall - Including a badminton court and space for events, parties and groups
which will be used widely by the local community - £400,000.

Cafeteria, Kitchen & Welcome Space - The heart of the project creating a welcoming centre for hospitality and
friendship - £370,000.

Meeting Rooms - A necessary resource for the church, the project and other community
and voluntary sector groups - £100,000.

Church Restoration - Preserving the heritage of the All Saints Church whilst creating a
flexible and sacred space - £400,000.

Medical Centre - All Saints Medical Centre - all funding has already been raised

These sums can be broken down further into various components, which can be discussed by individual donors. Naming rights for any substantial contribution are also available.
